This fully adjustable plate puller makes throwing a set of custom plates a breeze. Set the perfect thickness for your project with the knob up top and use the hashmarks on the tool as a thickness guide. Hashmarks are spaced 1/8" incrementally, so you can throw plates with paper thin bottoms or platters with bottoms as thick as 1", leaving plenty of material for decorative trimming.

Just center your clay, create a hollow, then insert the middle leg of this tool until the outer supports rest on your wheel head or bat. Pull the tool slowly toward yourself, keeping the supports anchored vertically on the wheel head. You'll have a perfectly flat, perfectly thrown dinner plate or large platter in seconds, and the thickness will be as you set it. With this tool, you can create plates as small as a few inches and as large as 12 inches.

Easy to use and easy to clean! Made from sturdy PETG, just give the tool a wipe-down with a damp cloth or sponge to clean away the mess. Not your style? Toss it right into the sink for a bath. It won't mind!
